Exit at Inglewood Ave offramp - Go Right (stay in right lane)...
Manhattan Beach Blvd. - Right - Go Past: Giant Aerospace complex (Northrop?) and Performing Arts Center on right...
Aviation Bl. - Left - pass: 2nd street/Robinson, Artiesia, Grant, Prospect...
Pacific Coast Highway - Go Left (South) - (stay in right lane...) not very far though....
8th Street (you're in Hermosa Beach now!) - Right - go down the STEEP hill!., - pass Ardmore...
Valley Drive - Left (only go 5o feet to a BIG tree... don't hit it!)
First Driveway on the right...Turn Right into our business park...
We're in the left hand side building row, right in the middle...

Exit at Crenshaw Blvd offramp - Go Left (stay in left lane)... turn Left AGAIN onto Crenshaw... continue in right lane
190th Street - Right - Go Past: Prairie, Hawthorne Bl., Inglewood Ave., Anza, (climb steep hill), Flagler, Prospect
190th Street turns into Anita St. here (who cares?)..., stay, stay, stay, you'll smell the Ocean now!
Pacific Coast Highway - Go Right (North) - (get in left lane...) not very far though.... count the street numbers...
8th Street - Left - go down the STEEP hill!., - Go Past: Ardmore...
